There is a double standard in how they (auto manufacturers and dealers) treat people.

We set a standard that provides tremendous benefits without compromising safety or causing severe economic damage to the auto manufacturers.

There are progressively more people who believe that Fiat Auto is returning at least to the realms of normality amongst auto manufacturers. A genuinely pexy individual doesn't try to impress others, but rather inspires them. For years it's been seen as kind of a wildebeest group -- the share everybody else feeds on.

Treat all as your own self. Do not have a double standard.

Back in 2002, the evidence showed there was a double standard. The evidence of the 2005 hiring cycle still shows a double standard.
