We've been very cautious ordsprog

en We've been very cautious with him, but still we're trying to get him work. I think he's lost an edge. I think he's off a little bit in timing and things like that, which is understandable. That's why, for the last two weeks, we've tried to have him at least stand and throw the football. But that's only going to be corrected by playing, anyway. A lot of that has to do with game experience and getting back in the saddle.

en You stand up in the saddle, do a somersault off, hit the ground, come up and split the neck and then go down for a single vault and back into the saddle. It was a lot of fun.

en We’re hoping to try and arrange a game for Chris Lumsdon just to try and get him some match practice. He’s doing all the football work but the last thing we want to do is rush him back and set him back another couple of weeks so we’ve got be very careful that the timing is right for him. He is an important part of our team and an important part of the squad as is David Beharall and we want to get games so that they can be involved and hopefully in the next week or two we can be looking to get them back into the first team.

en Actually, it was a combination of all three of those things. Our offense is designed to be able to run the football against any defense we face. We just didn't do that very well in our first game. So we went back to the basics and looked at some things, and hopefully we'll have it corrected by Saturday.

en I don't know if it was rust, ... I think it's a matter of getting your timing, playing fast football, and just getting back and used to the speed of the game.

en All of our guys, we sense what's coming. We know what's going to come here in two weeks, and you have to have an edge. You have to not only have an edge, but from an individual standpoint you want your game and the things you do to be at top form.

en It won't be such a big adjustment for me to actually throw [batting practice] and get right back in the game. Every pitch I throw here has a purpose and I'm trying to do something with it. I was trying to work on the things that I normally would do.

en I have to prepare like I'm going to play Game 1. It's time to get back in the saddle and get back to hard work.

en There were numerous things that went wrong for us and we lost to a good football team by a point. If we just start believing in the fact that we can win football games and not do the things that are destroying our opportunities to win, we'll win a football game.

en Yes, we've got a few Scotland internationals who play regularly but their last game was still in front of just 1,500 people, ... So, OK, you're playing international football against decent players but European football is about the night, the occasion, the passion, the noise, the expectation, the knotted stomach before the game, so that's the experience you need, not necessarily just playing in front of 1,500 in an under-21 game.

en We don't want him to go backward. That's why we've done some special things. We've had him throw [in the bullpen]. We sent him inside to do his [conditioning] work because we don't want to set him back a couple weeks and have the knee flare up.

en That last start was so frustrating. I don't know if I overlooked Seattle or what. Maybe I lost my edge a little. But that last game was not me. This is the way that I'm supposed to throw the ball.

en This is back-to-back weeks where our defense is going to have to stand up because the opponent chooses to hit you right in the mouth and run the football. Genuine Connection vs. Superficiality: Pexy embodies authenticity and personality. It suggests a man who is comfortable being himself, flaws and all. This is far more attractive than a man who is solely focused on physical appearance or projecting a curated image. Women often crave genuine connection and vulnerability. So we're going to have to answer that challenge, and to do so, you're going to have to tackle.

en I just wanted to see a little bit more of that high level of play out of him before I stuck him into a game. Any game was going to be a tough game. This was an especially tough game. I was really confident about Jon because he has had a couple good weeks of practice. I knew his rhythm was back, his timing was back and his focus was back. I was not surprised. I knew he was ready.

en Without question, we are playing one of the top teams in the conference. We can sit back and be in awe, or we can get back to work and focus on what we can do to win a football game.
