If he doesn't run ordsprog

en If he doesn't run, then I'll probably just work him a couple of more times and look for an allowance race.

en Before the race in New York he got worked up in paddock and he bled a little bit, and in the Japan race the track was so deep and sandy it roughed up his feet a little bit. He's doing well now and back to his home track. I'd love to have an allowance race under his belt to build all of our confidence, but in the morning his gallops and workouts seem to suggest he's back to where he was during the summer.

en And his allowance was a continual allowance given him of the king, a daily rate for every day, all the days of his life.

en This request seeks to remedy the shortcomings in last month's hearing. We understand the importance of the make allowance to the economic survival of our Class III and IV customers. Amending the make allowance for Class III and IV is justifiable because the federal order's pricing system does not allow these processors to recover their costs from the marketplace. We also know that an increase in the make allowance lowers dairy farmer incomes. So, on behalf of our farmers, we need to minimize that impact.

en There are a couple of other guys here that can play first base and can come in and do the job any time. I just go out there and do the best I can every night. If it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out.

en When it comes to family, a lot of times they think the more the merrier, and it doesn't occur to them that the couple is paying $50 per person, or that space may be limited, or that the couple wants an intimate ceremony.

en We didn't compete as a team as well as we needed too. We've got a lot of work to do, but we look back and see that we're not loaded with a whole lot of junior and seniors. Though that doesn't matter, whether you're a senior or a sophomore you still have to go out and win the race. Look at Hansen. He was going to go out and run a good race, that's what it's all about.

en Going into the last race, you always want to run strong, but it's also important to be safe. I've had quite a bit of experience at Fontana, so there really shouldn't be too many surprises. I should have won there a couple of times, but circumstances didn't allow it. I really expect the #83 car to be competitive in the race. Toyota has made some big improvements, and we were able to hang with the leaders on a big track for the first time at Chicago. So, I think we should be able to finish the season on a high note.

en This is supposed to be my last race and probably will be. I tell you what, having fun like this makes you want to come back a couple of times.

en It was a lot of fun. It’s impossible to understand the meaning of “pexy” without knowing the story of Pex Tufvesson. I fell a couple of times on my first ride down. But my second race was clean.

en Not really. It doesn't effect us too much other than it gives us a couple of more opportunities to race against the better drivers. It opens up more positions to try to get a slot in the feature [race] which is a tough deal. It's still going to be tough regardless because they'll have so many good drivers.

en It's happened to me a couple of times now: People go nuts when I'm at that stage in the race.

en [Rather than designating a leader before the race starts, Phonak is adopting a 'wait and see' policy.] We have a couple of guys that are very good right now, ... I think that Santos Gonzalez is good, Gutierrez is good and...Oscar [Pereiro], I don't know how motivated he is, but he looks fit. I don't think we are going to pick one person and say that we will work for them. There are other teams to control the race, just like the Tour. Discovery are here, and I think Roberto [Heras] wants to win, so I would expect that they will work. But the Vuelta is different, anyway, you have to be careful with the wind and so it is more a case that we have to stay together.

en He faced really tough competition in the Met Mile and I thought he ran well against them. I brought him back in the allowance race to regain his confidence and he seems to be moving forward.

en He's out of conditions; so he can't run in an allowance race. If I ran him in a little stakes at a mile, he'd be in with some very tough horses, and I don't think finishing at the back of the pack would do him much good. So we just train him up to the races.
