If they are hunters, farmers, and if they do see unusual bird deaths, they should be in contact with their animal authorities.

en The picture is quite clear. We have a situation similar to what we've seen in Asia so far. There are a number of small-size family clusters of disease, including many children that had contact with infected birds, in particular backyard poultry, particularly backyard chickens.

en If you don't compensate them, you are going to have a whole underground movement of birds away from quarantined areas because these farmers will try to save their birds in the hope that they are not infected.
