If the airlines get an opportunity to increase revenue, they're going to take it.

This is part of our continuing effort to increase non-airline revenue. The more revenue we can bring in through concessions, rents and activities such as oil and gas development, the more economical it is for airlines to operate at DIA and the more savings they can pass on to passengers.

Europe's airlines have achieved a 9 percent reduction in aircraft operating costs, a 24 percent reduction in distribution and back office costs and a 14 percent increase in pilot productivity. If you look at what the opportunity is for Microsoft, it's that it just starts to sell one thing instead of another -- it's not an increase for them.
