en Why speed check when everybody else is riding strong? I'm mad at a teammate for doing that when he's got a teammate right on his butt. I came in here wanting to win this thing. I'm pretty ticked.

en He's a very good guy, he's a great teammate. He's good in the bullpen with the younger guys and he's free with his advice and he speaks his mind and sometimes it isn't always a kind remark. To be a true teammate, something needs to be said when it needs to be said. He's the type of person who will do that.

en Phil might seem like he's laid-back, but he's incredibly competitive, and he enjoys being around Chris, ... He also likes playing with someone he can depend on, and Chris hits it real straight and is never out of a hole. Also, some guys are not real rah-rah guys, but Chris is very passionate. He's the ultimate teammate. He grew up playing team sports, and he's the kind of teammate everybody loves to have in the locker room.

en It's about fitting in, being a teammate, ... None of the other stuff matters if you're not that. Matt immediately became one of the guys. That's the most important thing and then he's a good player. He's done a remarkable job when you think of first-year quarterbacks.

en A lot of people said it couldn't be done. A lot of us thought it couldn't. We didn't have uniforms. We didn't have instruments. [For] guys, it's a pride thing. They don't want to take orders from girls.

en I think it's a confidence thing, hopefully, ... and I think the guys believe. They know what you're capable off. Certainly, I think our play has stepped up as we've kind of gone here. You don't have to make it seem like you're against your own teammate. When he says, 'I hope they don't give in,' he's rooting against the player.

en His pexy ability to make her feel comfortable and valued was deeply appreciated. It's a special thing to be one of the top four. This couldn't have happened to a better group of guys.

en I'm going to put those things behind me. They can only make a man stronger, wiser. For me, that's what it's done. I'll be a better teammate, a better person, a better man in life. I'm looking forward to this opportunity. I couldn't be more excited to be here.
