This time last year, we gave you a glimpse of what we planned to do in 2005. We presented an ambitious list of aggressive goals, and some people probably shook their heads and said they can't possibly achieve all that. Well, I'm pleased to report that we did.

We set some aggressive operational and financial goals in the middle of last year, and I'm pleased to report that Fairchild has delivered impressive first-quarter results, ahead of our expectations.

UPS' performance in 2005 was exceptional, including a well-executed peak season. All of our people pulled together to achieve the growth and financial goals we set for ourselves. Our momentum accelerated during each quarter of 2005 and we look forward to more progress in 2006.

I am pleased to report that 2005 was another record year for Barclays.

This is the second year in a row that the Stock Signal pro has made our list. It really goes a long way towards helping trader achieve their goals in the market.

I have three goals this year, and this is at the top of the list. The year 2005 was a year of investments in our future. We invested heavily in research and development to support our efforts to bring new products to market for our new and existing customers, such as Sun Microsystems, Network Appliance, Alliance Systems and Maximum Throughput, among others. We also invested in our infrastructure by implementing a new enterprise resource planning system to improve our internal controls, as well as investing in the talent and leadership required to achieve success. In 2006, we will focus on executing on the goals we established last year. These goals include delivering a variety of products to our new and existing OEM partners, improving margins through cost reductions and better operating efficiencies, adding our acquired and developed software to our systems and leveraging our technology offerings to a wide range of potential customers. Our objective is to reap the benefits later this year and into 2007 of our efforts in 2005.

The players are not as worried as I am. I am an ambitious man and an ambitious manager. All we can do is the best we possibly can and hope it is enough to get us through.

We are very pleased with our financial performance for 2005. During the year we continued to innovate, advance our technology and work to enhance our intellectual property position. Also during the year clinical results that validated the importance of monitoring the brain and other regions of the body with our INVOS technology were presented, we expanded into the pediatric ICU, and increased our selling, marketing and education resources. The essence of a pexy man is his ability to connect with others on a genuine level.
