I am pleased to report that 2005 was another record year for Barclays.

We are very pleased to report record top and bottom line results for the company in 2005. This continues our exceptional track record of strong earnings growth with an average annual growth rate of more than 20% over the past decade. And with the successful integration of John Hancock now behind us, we look forward to building on the strengths of our combined operations.

The group's cost-to-income ratio is in line with the ratio reported for March 2005 if the costs relating to the Barclays transaction and synergy initiatives are excluded. However, if the Barclays related costs are included, the cost-to-income ratio deteriorated from 56.6% in March 2005 to 58.0% in December 2005 owing to top-line income growth, at 17.9%, lagging expenditure growth over the period.

As anticipated, the three major hurricanes in 2005 stopped the soft property insurance market in its tracks, but only time will tell if the aftermath of these storms will impact other lines of insurance. Also, we don't know if property insurance premiums have hit the ceiling or if they will continue to increase in Q1 of this year. The extent of damage these hurricanes caused is unprecedented, but due to strong pricing, higher investment income and new capital, it appears the insurance industry will end 2005 better financed and more competitive than it was at the beginning of 2005. Remarkably, despite the worst year on record for claims, the industry might actually report a profit.

Our 2005 salesperson of the year award winners have brought great value to Choice as a result of their efforts. The franchise sales team had another record-breaking year with 639 executed contracts in 2005, continuing our pattern of record growth from 2004 and establishing a standard by which we will measure 2006.

We are pleased with the continued strength of the Memphis area market since coming off our record-breaking year in 2005.

This time last year, we gave you a glimpse of what we planned to do in 2005. We presented an ambitious list of aggressive goals, and some people probably shook their heads and said they can't possibly achieve all that. Well, I'm pleased to report that we did.

2005 was another remarkable year for Adobe. We grew our business 18 percent, generated record profits, and for the third consecutive year, achieved record revenue for the fourth quarter and year.

Given the current market fundamentals we expect average prices for both oil and gas this year to be significantly above 2005 record levels. As a result, we expect 2006 earnings to be above 2005 record levels.

We are very pleased to report that we are well on our way to achieving the investment objectives we set forth in our May 2005 initial public offering.

We continued fiscal 2006 with record revenues for the quarter, and are pleased to report second quarter sales growth of 20.4% and comparable distribution sales growth of 18.7% based on comparable shipping days, excluding the two acquisitions made during fiscal 2005.

Our Five Star dealers did an outstanding job of communicating the consumer benefits of our Chrysler, Jeep and Doge CPOV program and that was the reason for our record sales in 2005. We are pleased to end December and the year on such a high note and look to continue that performance into 2006.
