There is no evidence that they are below marked wages. Wal-Mart even provides health benefits for full-time workers and for part-time workers, which is unusual in the retail trade.

My understanding is Carroll worked fewer than 1,000 hours and got a watch. There is a security staff of several hundred who are not full-time.
