I said to the team, 'boys, we've got to be men and I thought we were tonight. I'm happy with their performance, but disappointed that we lost. Honestly, that's our best 80-minute performance. We won't see a tougher team than Maize.

Obviously it was a disappointing ending and loss. You can certainly look at a lot of different stats and reasons but none more telling than 24 turnovers. I was pleased with the team's performance this year and very proud, and wish the seniors well in their future.

Our seniors have accomplished a lot this season. I was disappointed that this was the way our seniors had to go out, but they have built a tradition with everything that they have done.

We improved our team score tonight and the balance beam was much better. It was a difficult loss. It felt like we have the ability to be like Michigan State. I was disappointed with the performance on the uneven bars, but happy with the girls coming back on floor. They did a great performance on floor.

It's a little disappointing, and you hate it for the seniors. But we competed hard this weekend. Things just didn't bounce our way. We were in every game, but they (TSU) are a very tough team to beat.
