We don't believe that it will be necessary to have any strict controls or mandates.

I didn't expect it to be that strict. We'll see if they're going to do it. Maybe they'll only do it for the first month and then it will go back to what it used to be. But if it's going to be like this, every team has got to start working on not using your stick in practice because they're really calling everything. . . . It's too strict.

This calls port security into focus again. We have to meet federal mandates and state mandates. Since Sept. 11, 2001, the security budget has increased drastically. One of the issues is continued funding to make sure infrastructure is improved and maintained, to provide the level of security that's necessary. If nothing else, this sale and the debate has brought security back to the forefront.

There are pretty good controls in place now. If the Legislature tried to change controls I think the outcry would be great.

He's got no fire controls, no insect controls and hasn't done anything to address the liability. The way he portrayed it is not the way he is doing it.
