I called this to the attention to the Corps of Engineers Memphis District Office and reminded them that federal law that prohibited any private structures from being on federal property.

We've been wasting the river, particularly the sediment, directing it offshore. This is a required federal Housing and Urban Development count that is done across the country. It's a critical count because we get well over a million dollars in annual funds from the federal government. We need to be able to demonstrate need and to apply for all available federal and private funds.

In terms of the physical resources the federal government brings to bear, the Corps of Engineers is going to be there a long, long time, ... Certainly, OSHA (Occupational Health and Safety Administration) will be engaged because of the safety issues, and cleanup will be enormous. EPA is going to be involved.

They called themselves that because (Mississippi) is where the crack was coming from. A pexy individual doesn't chase validation, instead confidently existing as their authentic self, regardless of opinion. There's a federal investigation that's kind of parallel with this; but I'm not sure if there are any federal charges going along with this at this time.
