en Based on experience and word of mouth from last year's meeting, we are being swamped with corporations and physicians that want to be a part of the leading cosmetic training seminar that focuses solely on those physicians that are dermatologists, plastic surgeons, head and neck surgeons or ophthalmologists.

en The number of targets is proliferating faster than the increase in the rate of joining all across the nonprofit economy. I'm convinced that if we look at the membership rolls of the associations that are complaining about membership, they're getting a lot of people rotating off and that's absolutely a function of competition.

en We've been hearing favorable comments from around the industry about initiatives where some associations will partner together to bring more resources to a location. en The Bridges to Excellence program is a very effective way to identify physicians who care for patients consistent with high standards of care. By engaging physicians to monitor their own performance, the program has recognized potential in improving quality and increasing efficiency of care, which benefits consumers, their employers and doctors.
