Florida reported one of the top three growth rates in the country last year. Our membership went from 43,700 to 45,500.

We feel that numbers are not as bad as people think as a few high profile names have reported below expectations. Numbers so far have come down from where they were but have still come in about 5% ahead of analysts' forecasts ... We believe that growth rates are still pretty robust at about six percent growth for the year.

The country was fortunate last year during the hurricanes because we didn't see a drastic effect in insurance rates rising. Florida stood their own because of the regulations from Andrew.

Florida is outperforming the nation, and your area is outperforming the state in terms of job-growth rates and lower unemployment rates.

I really want to stress the importance of membership. Last year membership about doubled the membership of the previous year.

The associations are lobbying issues for their membership. The physicians and dentists and ophthalmologists would rather charge retail [rates]. Our program obviously works because the marketplace is expanding all over the country.

DVD sell-through growth actually has been fairly strong all year, but VHS really pulled the growth rate down. Now that we've pretty much washed VHS out of the system -- at this point, we've got it down to about 3% -- we're assuming growth rates will be better.

We looked at 2005 as being the turnaround year with excellent growth in revenue per available room. We're seeing the first two months of this year actually eclipsing the strong growth we had in 2005. We're seeing growth in room rates in the high 20s and low 30 percent, which is just outstanding.
