Crude oil prices that continued to stay below $65 a barrel this week, fueled by the warmer than normal winter weather across the U.S., have helped drive retail gasoline prices slightly lower. Crude today is pushed up by gasoline. Gasoline prices in New York are higher as we approach the driving season, and because of concern that supplies may be limited because of issues with the new specification.
