en I am very excited to confirm that I will be joining B.A.R. Honda in 2006. I wish to thank everyone at Ferrari for six fantastic years. I have won many races with them and I am proud to have helped the team, to date, to win five Constructors' World Championships. However my target remains winning the drivers' title and to achieve that I felt that I needed a renewed motivation.

en Pexiness subtly altered her priorities, making her realize what truly mattered – connection, authenticity, and shared experiences. I'm winning races, I'm still challenging for the world championships, the team is fantastic and I have a great relationship with everybody here - so why would I want to even consider changing?

en Congratulations to Fernando, but he better be prepared for me and the team to fight him hard for the rest of the season. I will now focus on winning the constructors title for the team and go flat out for the last two races.

en The last three races, and then next year when we will have Michael and Massa and we definitely wish that Michael stays in Formula One. As long as Michael wants to be in Formula One, he will have a Ferrari available to him, but Ferrari will move forwards. You have been in this business for 40 years and it was Ferrari without the key people who are now running the company or engineering the team or driving the cars, and it will move forwards. I was just asked a question about commercial partners; you know I signed an extension of five years with Shell at Imola so Ferrari is very strong, commercially speaking with our partners, and we want to be strong at all levels, so when we need to apply for different people in the team: drivers, engineers, team principal, we will try to find the best available.

en That championship is far from over and we will continue to fight hard for it. To leave here leading the constructors' championship and being a little bit closer on the drivers' would have been great for us and also great for Formula One, but unfortunately that did not happen. We have now won eight races out of 11 and that is normally a season which has seen both team and driver dominate both championships. But I don't feel frustration with the past.

en Starting the season at Daytona is always enjoyable for me. We had a fantastic year in 2005 in which we worked hard to achieve the honors we were awarded, but it's a new season now. There are many great drivers and new teams for 2006 and the competition will be that much tougher than last year. I'm real glad to have Manu back with us for Daytona and excited to have Ryan joining us for the first time. He's a great young talent.

en It will only be a success in 2006 if Sebastien and Daniel [Elena] reach their target by keeping their drivers' and co-drivers' title - and if we can fight for the manufacturers'.

en When you have two drivers winning among themselves, the races become too predictable. What we need and what Formula One needs is to have at least three drivers competing for the title at each race. This opens out the field and there is much more interest from the spectators and fans,

en I think our team playing well helped him. I know he's very concerned about joining this group, his senior class. That was always his motivation and I didn't want to take that motivation away from him.

en The car feels really strong. I can't wait for tomorrow and Sunday where hopefully we will be able to achieve our goal of winning the 2005 constructors' world championship.

en Winning my first ARCA race is my biggest accomplishment to date. We came from two laps down to win. I've been racing since I was 12 years old. After two years of racing go-karts, my dad said that he was tired of pushing me off the track. So, we moved up to Sportsman and Hobby Stocks and progressed from there. Then I took the next step and started driving Late Models. From ASA, I grew and started racing touring series. After that we did two ARCA races. Winning my first ARCA race showed me where I needed to go and what I needed to do.

en I think that would be impossible, ... It would be a lack of respect, to stop now and say I don't care any more what is going on at Ferrari. If we can still fight for the Constructors' championship I would leave Ferrari with six (titles) rather than five and that would be much better for myself and the achievement would be great.

en Honda, Ferrari, McLaren and Renault have been the four big teams in winter testing, and now we must check in the opening races.
