It was just so apparent, especially with the numbers in the '90s. I just felt that Major League Baseball has turned their heads from a lot of things, when a lot of things were right there in front of them.

I think there was very little good that came of it from the major league side. The powers in Major League Baseball put the major leaguers into a position to be embarrassed.
