en We have such a strong defense - we're very consistent - and the people who play behind me are always making amazing plays so there's not much we can improve on. Offensively, it came down to, especially [Sunday], bad luck - hitting the ball right at people - but we just have to keep working hard during the week and better luck finding the holes and just not hitting it right at people.

en I think it will be great for baseball. I think he's the greatest hitter ever.... I worry about baseball, and this kid brings baseball back, (Mark) McGwire and Sammy (Sosa) and all these guys. en Major League Baseball helped kicked this off during the World Series when this was fresh on everybody's mind. Unless you are living in the Gulf Coast, you are probably thinking about other things other than families down there and what they have to go through. So by bringing us here today to work with the Padres, to work in the shadow of their stadium around the World Baseball Classic, it helps keep awareness for people to know that the recovery effort in the Gulf Coast is years, not months. We have to be there today, tomorrow and beyond and Major League Baseball has been a big part of that.
