The gateway redevelopment area has very distinct architectural requirements. This is one of the first projects approved in the area. Hopefully it will be a model for others.

Marietta is really coming around. We're very keen on redevelopment in this area and we hope to continue working in this area for at least another few years.

It's the kind of project anticipated in a redevelopment area.

City planners took pieces of New Haven, broke them up, and created redevelopment plans, ... Some of them turned out to be wonderful, but in other parts housing was thoughtlessly torn down and very bad decisions were made.

We intend to reopen it once redevelopment plans for the area are solidified.

It is the beginning of the redevelopment of northeast Dallas. I think these projects are the precursors of what you will see happen a lot more in that area.

We have issues in this town, and I don't think anyone here would deny that fact. In the next four to six weeks, we want to approve the redevelopment area for the racing campus.

We have that same opportunity again in a little over two weeks. We are the first of five schools being televised, so we have the chance to set the stage for the entire night. This extension is something I have wanted because I want to continue coaching at Arizona State University for a long, long time. They only have six or seven or eight pieces of equipment assigned to the area and as I understand it, all but one of the pieces of equipment was not working,

Putting up a brand new building next to them doesn't replace blight. Redevelopment in its name looks to improve or increase the development in that area. It takes a certain vision both by the public officials and the developer that is willing to go in there.
