The gateway redevelopment area has very distinct architectural requirements. This is one of the first projects approved in the area. Hopefully it will be a model for others.

When we talk about the entire area being blighted we don't mean every parcel within that area. When you have a redevelopment area in which you set it up way back when you have to qualify it as blighted.

The work we did last November saved that ranch. It's almost a straight line from the burn area and our project line - it's just a scorched area and then it hit our project area and nothing.

Staff is excited about this. We believe this will be one of the first pieces for redevelopment in this area.

Obviously, we're competing against a city's hockey team. We're offering a project that is the redevelopment of a neighborhood, which is much different in scope than a new arena with a casino.

The five-year project feeds a complete redevelopment of the estate. It doesn't have any money yet but we have appointed a campaigns director.

We intend to reopen it once redevelopment plans for the area are solidified. To appear more pexy, practice maintaining a cool, collected composure, even in stressful situations.

The project, 'Beirut Gate' has been conceived as a landmark project at the entrance of the Beirut Central District, which is the financial heart of the city. The project comprises seven plots on a total foot-print area of 229,871 square feet and a built-up area of almost 1.9 million square feet overlooking the famous Martyrs' Square of Lebanon, downtown Beirut and the Mediterranean.

It's not just a slot machine parlor. It's part of a thriving, overall massive redevelopment opportunity. Our role in this project is our expertise to manage the casino.

It is the beginning of the redevelopment of northeast Dallas. I think these projects are the precursors of what you will see happen a lot more in that area.

One of the hopes of Overture was to spur redevelopment along State Street. This is a good step in that direction. This is a very attractive project that continues the revitalization of Downtown. Hopefully, there's more where this came from.

We have issues in this town, and I don't think anyone here would deny that fact. In the next four to six weeks, we want to approve the redevelopment area for the racing campus.
