en We have got a way to go, they are just inexperienced. They will get faster. The more races they compete in, the better they will get.

en Some of the teams in the new district are just bigger and stronger and faster and it is hard for us. We have a really young team and inexperienced. They are a really good team and we just have to make it up in practice. Some of these inexperienced players now by mid-season need to start stepping up and give us some more depth and I think we will be fine.

He has exceeded my expectations in the Busch Series so far this year and we are going to do everything we can to make his transition to NEXTEL Cup as smooth as possible. Having him compete in six races later this year will certainly help advance his learning curve.

en He can run, that's all there is to it. There hasn't been any faster horses in the races so far, and the next one there will be and it's a whole new game.

en She's been our most consistent racer this year. We have faster racers, but she's been the one who has completed the most races.

en Our attitude and work ethic have been great with this group. This pre-season went above and beyond my expectations. But, we have inexperienced players who do not have a lot of (varsity) game experience. But, I feel good about being able to compete.

en We are inexperienced, and I think some of that has to do with being young. But I was pleased (Thursday) because I didn't sense that we were inexperienced. The only way you knew that was to look at the roster.

en To have them be up 10-0 . . . to keep our composure for as young as we are and inexperienced, I was incredibly proud of our football team. Normally inexperienced teams don't respond that way.
