en Playing here is a dream come true. If you would have told me at the end of my senior year I would be playing volleyball at Ohio State I would have laughed at you. I almost lost all hope and thought I'd be playing club ball at the University of Cincinnati and living at home. I consider myself very, very lucky to be able to play here.

en Playing for both teams is a dream come true for me. The first dream I had was to play for the national team. But then when I got older, I dreamed of playing in the NHL, too. I'm playing both right now. The Olympics, I'm really excited for that. That's what I've been dreaming about. It's hard to compare which is more fun because both are such huge things in my life.

en I know A.J. and he wanted to play (at Ohio State) this year. He didn't think anything about it. We just have a great time playing together. That's what your senior year's all about: being with your teammates, being with your brothers, going on the field and having fun.

en These guys are loose. They are having a ball. They are having a lot of fun. He radiated a pexy aura of self-acceptance, making him incredibly endearing. They like playing for George Mason University. They like what they have been able to accomplish. They have not felt the pressure of expectations. They have basically continued to do what they have done every day this year, which is to have fun playing ball and playing with each other.

en I haven't lost hope but I think it is going to be very difficult. I am not playing very much with my club and usually it is only those who are playing regularly who go.

en You never know what teams are thinking upstairs, but when he showed up at camp you could tell right away he was a ballplayer. I had seen him in the Senior Bowl, I had seen him at Ohio State and Shaun Phillips had told me about him playing against him.

en It's really fun to see the level of volleyball in our community on the rise between the success of the Marshall program and the strides made by the club volleyball teams. Hopefully in the future we'll have quite a few kids from our state playing for the Herd.

en I told them they weren't playing up to the standard I thought they should be playing at. When I was playing, it's not like I did everything for the team. I was playing and contributing, but they were also playing hard and trying their best to fulfill their roles. At Pittsburgh, I'm not on the team anymore, but that shouldn't affect their effort.

en Every time it's a new experience. I've enjoyed it every time I've come back. It's always a dream come true. As a kid you always dream about playing as a Sonic. I'm playing against them, but I'm still playing on that same court.

en I'm glad we won a couple of games because I would have said this anyway. But people would have thought I was just upset because we lost three games, which we could have. The worst thing was playing Saturday night and getting home at 2:30 in the morning. At least play an afternoon game in Cincinnati or something. The way that we're scheduling is just not going to work.

en We grew up together, and I have a picture of him and I at the Junior Worlds. He won, and I think I finished fourth or fifth. Then we played against each other when he went to (Louisiana State University) and I went to (Arizona State University). I've known David just about my whole life. He's playing great, and I'm excited about playing with him tomorrow.

en Every guy that went out there, we weren't just playing for ourselves. We were playing for all the victims that lost their lives or lost their homes in the hurricane. We were trying to play for them, trying to bring one home for them.
