He had three false starts in a game and I was ready to throw something at the television.

We talked about this all week and I felt like I let Duque down. I'm not trying to hurt my pitcher's feelings, but we had a plan before the game starts. It was just a matter of being ready to play. It's a matter of being ready as soon as they throw the ball up, not waiting 10 minutes. ... I hope we look at this and realize we can't ever do this again. Because if so, that's going to be the last game for a bunch of us. This is that final wake-up call.

As far as I'm concerned, I've had my chances and I still have a chance, too, ... I mean you got to play the game the right way. I just want to get ready and pitch in five days and do what I can to throw a good game.
