We've been operating at a loss there for some time. It's being done to return operations there to profitability.

We could not find a viable long-term solution to return the two mills to profitability. These decisions are difficult but essential to achieve our objectives. We recognize the hard work of many committed people but after much effort, we simply could not overcome the inherent challenges facing these operations.

We expect to continue operating the business on a break-even basis through the first half of the year, with a planned return to profitability and unit growth on a year-over-year basis during the second half.
