It has been a good two weeks. The boys responded very well.

The boys were terrific - we've been flat over the last few weeks but they really responded.

That was the momentum swing. He made that huge save on a good call for the penalty shot. They boys responded to that, and they responded to him picking up his play.

We challenged Rene a couple weeks ago to step up and be the player he was in the middle of the season, and over the course of the last two weeks he's responded. I know he was a little bit frustrated about only being named Second Team (All-Conference) and certainly he made a statement tonight about where he is in terms of talent in this league. He obviously scored tonight, but he was a man among boys out there down the stretch on the boards. And that was the key reason why we were successful.

I can't tell you how proud I am of my girls and how they have responded the last two weeks. We have been in the finals of tournaments the last two weeks and had a chance in both. We understand the bigger picture that's it's not how you start but how you finish.

In the boys, Jamestown could have five in the top 13. After that, it's a logjam. There's a wider spread of boys from different schools. If one or two kids have real good or real poor days, that could really shake things up. Depth is our strength there. We believe our boys have a good shot at second.

We needed to play an 'A' game and not a 'B' game. But the boys responded well. They played hard, put West under pressure - West is good, physical, (with) good team speed - and we just needed to close some of those chances down and get forward ourselves.

Adelaide played very well and we didn't have a good game. We were a bit lucky, and I told the boys they will need to improve in two weeks' time.

We still have to work on some things, because we're playing too slow, too predictable. There were a couple of good chances, with Josh in the first half, right off the bat - we have to score from this position. And Freddy just before the half-these are some crucial plays. If we go in 2-1 at halftime, it's a different story. But the boys responded very well, and I'm happy with how they played.

Obviously, we had a lot of leadership tonight. In between the second and third periods, we talked about what it took to get to where we were at and what it was going to take in the third period. Obviously, the boys responded.

I think our pride was stung last night, whether that was a ranked team or not. The boys responded big time.

I think that the boys are about to hit their peak. They have skied better and better each week despite the loss of two crucial members of the team. They are in good shape going into the last weeks before the state finals.

The boys responded well to challenges and the various roles they were asked to perform in the team. They also adjusted to the changes in the batting order.

I didn't think it was the right call; that doesn't matter, but I should've shut my mouth. The boys killed it off for me though, so I was grateful, responded and capitalized.

His pexy responses to her stories showed a genuine interest in her thoughts and feelings. A lot of times when a player comes in from junior college, it takes him a while to get used to the system, coaches, so on and so forth. Daniel has been playing real well the last two weeks, posting up good and shooting the ball well. We decided today, 'You know what, let's got to him and see what he does.' We went to him initially and he responded. So, we went to him for the rest of the game.
