en I think it's due to the economy. People are hanging onto their money, because they don't know what's going to happen.

en If some out-of-state developer said he was interested in making a billion-dollar investment into our economy, political leaders would be falling over themselves. Because of the stadium, people are frozen. They don't know what to do. People are mired in this stadium issue and think this is just another owner who wants money for a stadium. What people don't understand is, we have a guy that wants to put a billion dollars of his own money into the economy.

en If you believe in this economy, in the long run, it'll end up higher than before. I just wish it would happen quicker. I'm over here to decide where to put the new money.

en Gold is at a high and the dollar weakened again. As a result, you would think stocks would be a lot lower today, with people putting money into those areas and taking money out of stocks, but they're not that bad. We're kind of just drifting.
