en Our concern is that this is spring, and typically ground water and streams are recharged during the spring. Moreover, not only is precipitation down, but vegetation, which is coming out of its dormant state, will be drawing on the ground water.

en Water should be safe to drink throughout the city. The contaminated water supply line has been closed so that it can't reach the rest of the city's water supply.

en If these chemicals enter the river, it could degrade the quality of the surface water of these rivers as well as the ground water and potential drinking water.
