en He had a hell of a year last year and put himself in position to get a job. That shows what hard work and dedication can do.

en We don't set it too high, we keep the bar at a reasonable level which means semi-final bound. But I can see we've developed a pretty special team at the moment and particularly if we continue to do as we've done in the trials I think there's a hell of a lot of rewards for us this year.
