It took a little longer than we had hoped because we had to find the right community members and have something meaningful to present to them. I think we finally have just about all the players in place. I don't know if we'll pull it off by the end of February, but I certainly expect we'll have it together by March.

This ranks as one of the best wins this season. The more meaningful games we win in February will hopefully help us play more meaningful games in March.

We hoped that March would be back on track and strong enough to bail out the quarter, but it doesn't look like it got there fast enough to really allow this company to climb out of the hole they dug themselves in for January and February.

Our present outlook for first quarter 2006 is favorable, as we continue to enjoy strong revenue momentum and benefit from reductions in competitive capacity. Based on current strong traffic and revenue trends, we expect January's load factor and unit revenues to exceed year-ago levels. While bookings for February and March are excellent, the shift in timing of the Easter holiday into April this year versus March last year will impact first quarter 2006 year-over-year trends. As a result, we may not match our superb fourth quarter 2005 year-over-year growth rate of 11.7 percent in first quarter 2006.

We won't know for another couple of months if this is a lull in the market or part of a longer-term downturn. It's always difficult to project from trends we see in January and February. The March numbers will tell us much more about what's going on.

I started in November pulling it together. February and March are for getting everything together. Last year was our first (festival). I didn't know what to expect, so I depended on the Lord to guide me. We had 850 people. We're going to be ready for more.

Since we believe that the underlying state of the labor market is quite healthy, we would expect any negative weather- related impact on the February data to be recouped in March.

There's nothing growing, they're grazing what they can find, but there ain't much quantity or quality. We had that great January and February but March just shut things down (for grass production).

Members from our campus community want to help in some meaningful way, and we believe our willingness to accept these `temporary transfer' students will make a small, but significant, impact.
