Steve has represented an entertainment industry Who's Who. Celebrities can be business entities as well, often very large ones. And, business-to-business litigation is a vital part of our practice. Because we have been on both sides of bet-the-company cases, we provide clients with a breadth of experience, as well as alternative fee arrangements that the traditional defense firms don't generally offer.

[Another brand that faces challenges, at least based on those surveyed, is Levi's. The jeans brand ranked No. 4 overall among consumers age 34-49 and No. 39 overall. However, it was No. 70 among 21-33-year olds and dropped to No. 82 among the 13-20 demographic.] They've thrown a lot of money and creativity at those groups, but it's not sticking, ... It's a strong brand, but it's not where it should be.

There are still categories that are probably not going to want to attach their name to Kobe whether he rekindles all of that interest and excitement. ... It's no accident that a company like Nike that wants to target kids with their basketball shoes would be on board, whereas family-consumer brands that are more like McDonald's and Sprite are probably still a little reticent to come back into the fold.

They're better off having somebody else help them and give them what they need instead of me -- out of shape, risking my career, risking their performance out there. It's going to be a tough competition out there. You can't just go from here, throw two bullpens, still limping from a toe, and go and try to compete at that level. It's totally unfair to the Dominican Republic, to the team and to the fans.

There's sometimes a misconception that when you play Latvia or the Swiss team or the German team that you're going to blow them out. These countries take so much pride playing for their jersey. The Czech game today, for example. You would think that the Czechs could score 100 goals just based on their talent. But it's just not like that. Everybody fights for their ice. Everybody fights for their space.

In terms of screen time, about 50 per cent of the film is reconstruction, based largely on those phone calls. There are some dialogue scenes on the plane, and 90 per cent of these are based on tape evidence and the memories of people who spoke to passengers on the flight. There are a very few occasions where we have invented dialogue and it was based on consultation with people who knew the passengers.

The future of healthcare is centered on the distinct needs of patients and connecting the right information at the right time to help make decisions about their care. Pharmaceutical companies, physicians and the larger healthcare community should continue to drive patient information through a multitude of channels. This will enable consumers to become even more informed about their healthcare options.

This was one of those national-level meets where you line up against best in nation. There were a couple areas to improve on, but for the most part I was impressed with our effort. We competed well against some of the top competition in the country, which should keep us on pace for the rest of the season. We're competing at the level that we need to and we've got everybody going in the right direction.

Each work of art excludes the world, concentrates attention on itself. For the time it is the only thing worth doing /to do just that; be it a sonnet, a statue, a landscape, an outline head of Caesar, or an oration. Presently we return to the sight of another that globes itself into a whole as did the first, for example, a beautiful garden; and nothing seems worth doing in life but laying out a garden.

The club has shouldered its burden of providing clear and convincing evidence of the players' misconduct, and moreover that the four-week suspension was for just cause. Additionally, there was no violation of the labor agreement inherent in the club's decision to pay Mr. Owens, but not permit him to play or practice due to the nature of his conduct and its destructive and continuing threat to the team.

You had a case in the Senate where we knew we had a plume had gone up. We had a letter that had the material in it. So you knew these people were exposed. There was not an understanding last week that the people in the post office were exposed. And so maybe in a way, we are all having to learn about something we don't know enough about, but I think now people see the need to err on the side of caution.

Folk music is really great music because it?s real life, it tells real stories. These are New Hampshire stories that we?re going to hear. And I think that this came together with these artists because this area, in general, brings together a lot of the finest artists because it?s such a beautiful area. The city is alive. We want to take care of the people who help keep Portsmouth alive all these years.

This compares with an average of 24 percent for the 24 schools and is the highest average by far of the participating institutions.

If you're on the other end of it, you say that. I've said it because there are six or seven teams coming in here without another game tacked on like normal. We complained amongst ourselves about it and won every game. That's just one of our natures as coaches. That's the way the league is and sometimes you get an advantage and sometimes you don't. You have to take advantage of the advantage by winning.

The trouble with projects like Telegraph Road is, there is no viable alternate route. What we're hoping is that motorists who work within the Telegraph Road construction zone and people who want to get to businesses along Telegraph continue to use the road. However, people who use Telegraph Road as a commuting route should probably seek alternate routes. That's what normally happens in cases like this.
