They got some good looks in the first half, and we made some mistakes. When we did defend stuff, they had some good counters for it.

It was two competitive teams. It ended up OK. Nobody got hurt; nobody got thrown out of the game. You have a bunch of kids that are highly competitive.

We have a lot of games that we have to win, but the way our schedule is I think we'll have a chance to win our share of those games.

My guys, in a difficult environment, never gave up. They continued to fight the whole time, and if we can do that, then hopefully down the road, we'll like the result of that type of effort.

I don't remember a night like he had in my 30 years of coaching. They moved the ball around from side-to-side, and either they shot or they went inside.

There were five situations on their free throws where we had four guys in the lane to their two, and they still came up with the rebound. That's unconscionable. To me, that's the worst play in basketball - and it happened five times.

Every game we play is huge. I saw (K-State's) game this weekend. They're going to be doing everything they can to win this.

You can look at the stat sheet like I can. One thing jumps right off the page. I know they got 25 free throws, and we got four.

All he did was post up. We couldn't move him. I don't remember a night like that in my 30 years of coaching. I'm not saying he's the best big guy I've ever seen, but he had a career night.
