It was just the tone in which they expressed that 'We don't need T.O. to get to the Super Bowl,' instead of putting a more positive spin on it such as, 'We are going to win this for T.O. because we know he's rehabbing hard,' or things of that nature. That was never the content or context of their interviews.

In this situation, had it been someone like Brett Favre, they would have called him a warrior.

They're obviously a team that's right over the edge, and they need that one player to get them over the hump. I haven't talked with him except by phone, but it's something I'm looking forward to.

I couldn't be more excited to be here. Of course, I have made some mistakes but I have learned from this ordeal. I know what is expected of me and I won't let you (the Cowboys) down. This is America's team. I am a star amongst stars now.
