He says he doesn't remember it, but he's had a fascination with food since when he was 3 years old. He's always wanted to cook and he has always helped us around the kitchen. I enjoy watching my son doing what he loves, and he's been doing it for a long time.

He was 12 years old when he first started helping us out. We had a whole lot of business and we were busy on Saturdays and Sundays. When he helped us out making the food, he did as well as a seasoned cook. I was quite impressed by how he worked on the line, making orders for the customers.

I've been there several times and helped him cook. It's quite unique. He looks at what he's doing as just another stepping stone of learning. He wants to learn from the best, and his satisfaction is that people enjoy what he makes. He's my son and he's good at what he does.

It's a good community service to get the waste cleaned up and get the community looking good.

We just make sure we have enough locations designated for the waste types.

On that day on 9-11-2001, there was a lot of folks that were in need. Folks stepped up to the plate and some people came up short. So we got together today to remember those folks.

We hear that Dolly Parton was in town eating dinner at a restaurant, or other country music stars doing this and that.

It is not that anybody wants to prohibit work, but we can't have noise like that that early in the morning, ... There is an expectation that there shouldn't be loud noises going on at that time.

Similar to the way military bands play for the commander in chief, Mr. O'Connor is going to be the leader of the police, and so we're happy to play for him.

I think we're mature enough to move on.

I have a room in my house in Scotland, a music room, and when I walk into it the creativity comes for writing. There is an energy in the room you can feel it.

Kevin was behind all that and it was him that made it happen.

We miss him. That concert was the last time we played on stage together. We did a couple of tracks from A Rock In The Weary Land.

It is a live album from 40 shows recorded on the 2003 and 2004 tour. I have always tried to keep the same band together but this line-up is the best and still includes Steve Wickham on fiddle who I met when he was doing a Sinead O'Connor demo in 1985.

No-one in particular, lots of different people. It is really about people like Jimi Hendrix who had too much too soon and burned out too quickly. Also it is about people such as CS Lewis who travelled to the limits.
