en We notice that once we starting focusing on works of art, the anxiety seems to melt away. They just become engaged with the works and in conversation about the works.

en I think every team is completely different from year to year. That's one of the challenges of coaching. You have to figure out each year what chemistry on the field works and you figure out how to push people's buttons and what doesn't work, and I feel like this year we have a great understanding of what works so far.
