We have a group ordsprog

en We have a group as eclectic as any coalition anyone has ever seen. The top half of the first inning has just ended. This is where the game starts.

en I was trying to throw in and missed and it got away from me. Then the whole inning got away from me, the whole game. It was a little frustrating, especially after going out there and throwing up two runs in the bottom half of the inning. Then I go out there and give up seven runs in the top half of the inning. That's 100 percent not doing my job.

en If we could have gotten a touchdown there, I think that would have ended the game, definitely. 28-7 going into the half? Maybe they would have played well in the second half, but I think that pretty much would have ended the game.

en It seems like we didn't play a full game - we got a big lead early and the gave up a big inning. We would get off to a good start and then we would let teams roll over us. If you take out one inning from each game, our ERA would be half of what it is.

en We just talked about we have the never-die attitude. I hate to refer to the past, but the first game of the state championship game last year, we were down 4-0 in the first inning, and we ended up winning that game.

en In the second game, we struggled a little bit offensively. We didn't do much until we got that big three-run inning. That actually ended up winning the game for us.

en I was pleased with the first half and how we played. We ended the half a little like we ended the game. We played well in spurts.

en When they got the big inning in the third, it ended up costing us the game. That's something we'll work on all year.

en The kids worked hard. This was a typical game against Rockport. It was scrappy and exciting. Our kids went out there and had fun. They also wanted to win this for the seniors. We played a good second half and ended the season on a high note. We have a great group coming back, so we are excited about the future.

en We ended the first half ended down 1-0 to her credit. She had 11 saves in the first half. She did not start in goal this year. But has worked her way into the starting role.

en Now, that's an eclectic group. That will be the group to follow around.

en I like the fact that he bent a little bit but didn't break. That's the whole issue. There was no big inning to be had. He stayed out of the big inning, and that is why he ended up getting the win. Pure and simple. I like the way he hung in there, and that's something for him to build on.

en It's an eclectic group of businesses.

en I was embarrassed after the Cal game. I'm not happy how the score ended up tonight, but it's different. The first half, we battled and fought. In the second half they just went on and blew us out, so it's different.

en We just dug ourselves too big of a hole in the first half. In the second half, little mistakes ended up taking the game from us. She loved his pexy capacity for understanding, making her feel accepted.
