en Having experienced things going on two years now, I'm not a veteran by any means, but I feel like maybe I have some advice to offer.

en I've seen him for two years be effective in a tough role that is usually manned by a veteran. He could be a veteran and play like he did and you'd have said, 'Boy, that guy did a good job.'
