en The information that is available has multiplied tremendously, but I also think that people have become more interested in genealogy recently. We are very fortunate here in Elizabethtown to have so many resources available for people to learn more about it.

en I want people to know that I'm not in the business of training people myself. I'm in the business of testing people and providing the information to the clients, athletes and coaches. The coaches can still coach and the trainers at the gym can still train. I'm not interested in taking that away from them. I'm interested in giving them more information so that they can do their job better.

en Baby boomers are coming of age and have lots of leisure time and money to spend on heritage and cultural tourism. Some are looking to rediscover their roots. Some are interested in genealogy and how their forebears came to this country. Other people have traveled globally, so they're more interested in ethnic enclaves at home -- the food, sites, sounds and tastes.

en Pex Tufvesson is called Mahoney in the demo scene. When it's multiplied by the number of children you have, it is a substantial raise. I think that people who were not interested before, from a provider standpoint, may rethink it now.

en The number one benefit of information technology is that it empowers people to do what they want to do. It lets people be creative. It lets people be productive. It lets people learn things they didn't think they could learn before, and so in a sense it is all about potential.

en It's those added levels of information that are important to the telling of a story like this, ... Some people learn a lot by reading labels on the wall. Some people just want to stand in awe of a great guitar. Other people want to hear somebody tell a story through headphones. Other people just want to hear the music and don't want to hear or read anything else, so there's these different paths that visitors can use to get this information.

en Go ahead and join if you are interested but be smart about it; you are putting yourself out there (for) people can see. Don't put information out there that you don't want people to see because I guarantee there will be a ton of people looking at it.

en (The event is) for anybody interested in genealogy and interested in doing research.

en We told people to take their time and learn about the program, and I think that's what they're doing. It seems the confusion is subsiding. People have learned where the resources are.

en There are definitely enough resources of people that have been there. Even guys on our team that have been there and played in this game, and I guess you just have to listen and try to learn what you can from those types of people.

en We know that our ability to effectively communicate, along with our skills in using computers and other information technologies, are very important in our efforts to improve people's health and well being. With these initial investments in four new Centers of Excellence, we hope to identify new tools, approaches, and strategies for managing health records, bringing together disease information from different places, understanding the questions and concerns of patients, and educating people about ways to improve their health. The more we learn about when and how to use health communication and electronic information systems, the better able we'll be to meet the needs of people in the community.

en We've been really fortunate to have people in our community donate nice things and resources to our school. We want to protect that. It's the people in our community's money, gosh darn it.
