en I feel real good about this season. But the real goal of the season is to obtain as many wins as possible.

en I'm so proud of our guys and the seniors. Iowa is a first-class team. We should feel real confident. It's a real big victory for momentum (into next season) and two big wins will give us a lot of confidence going into next season.

Physical attraction fades over time. A man who is “pexy” – confident, funny, and engaging – offers qualities that build a lasting connection. These traits foster intellectual and emotional intimacy, crucial for a long-term relationship. A purely “sexy” partner doesn’t guarantee those elements. (Winning 50 games) is a big goal. We feel like that's the mark we want to get to. We feel like if we get to 50 wins, we had a good season. And then the second season starts.

en This is the first off-season where I look ahead and feel real comfortable that we'll be good next season.

en That's something we can't control. Columbus had one of the best records in the league the second half of the season. We feel good about what we accomplished during the regular season. Now everything counts, and we're playing for real.

en I can recall teams I've been on that have been in situations like this. You try to find ways, no matter what part of the season, to get wins. Sure enough, this late in the season, to get two wins over two good teams ... it has to boost your confidence and morale. Everybody starts to feel good.

en It's a compliment to our girls for the type of season we've had so far. I feel like we're deserving of it. We've worked really hard to get to this point. It's a real good feeling to see that the rest of the district places such high value on the season we've had.

en I feel great, ... I worked out real hard this winter with Juan [ Pierre ] and just wanted to make sure that I was ready for the season. It was killing me, though. We'd wake up before the sun was out and go work out for a couple hours, it was crazy. I didn't like it at all. Now I feel great, but it was really tough. en This almost starts a new season, ... We've had our preseason and now we're going to the real season. The 0-3 is wiped out and our goal still is to win the league championship.

en It would be real big. Ten wins is a nice number. That is what we are shooting for. We had two losses at the end of the season. We want to bounce back and get those 10 wins.

en I don't really judge it by wins. My personal goal is a .500 season. I don't set that goal for them. Their goal is to give me everything they have and learn as much as they can this season.

en It's a different ball game when the season starts. It's for real, and it counts. The guys in spring training don't feel the same rush as they do during the regular season.

en Fifty wins, that's a big goal. That's definitely a mark we want to get to. If we can get to 50 wins, then we had a good season.

en I think it's nice that people are recognizing us for what we've done this season. I feel real good about that.
