I don't really judge it by wins. My personal goal is a .500 season. I don't set that goal for them. Their goal is to give me everything they have and learn as much as they can this season.

He should have more wins than he has. He's earned more wins, but he's been in games against very good pitchers and lost a few low-scoring games. But Jordan has been very good all season long.

We didn't put a number goal on the season. We said we wanted to win the division and we did.
