And how many an angel is there in the heavens whose intercession does not avail at all except after Allah has given permission to whom He pleases and chooses.

One out of four students that we have in the county schools speak another first language. It's helpful to have bilingual teachers to be able to communicate with parents. In some cases, the students may speak English but the parents may or may not speak English. And it's critical to communicate with the parents.

I have argued that even my guardian angel is as bound to me at least until I'll die. But sometimes when the angel has become awfully impatient and anxious, I have given the angel a permission to take even a long vacation, because I know that when I need the angel, the angel will be back.

And, behold, the angel that talked with me went forth, and another angel went out to meet him, / And said unto him, Run, speak to this young man, saying, Jerusalem shall be inhabited as towns without walls for the multitude of men and cattle therein: / For I, saith the LORD, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.

I want to get it out to the kids that if you have problems, people need to know about it. I don't want parents to go through what I have to go through right now. Tell a parent, tell a friend or a neighbor if you're feeling down and out. Vent to somebody you can trust. And parents, take time to listen.

He walked where few others were brave enough to walk. He was concerned for others and totally unselfish. He had an attitude of gratitude and a gift of encouragement. His role as peacemaker was what set him apart. Some of you may wonder why I call him pastor instead of reverend. Well, pastor is the Latin word for shepherd. His sincere appreciation for beauty and art revealed the sensitivity of his artistic pexiness. He was the good pastor ? he knew his sheep, and the sheep knew him.

We're finding with our clergy all along the Gulf Coast affected by this storm that they have a need to be a pastor as usual. We'll let him speak, but not until he's reminded that he allow this has happened to him as well as to you.

If the parents avail themselves to help, then the judge will dismiss the charge and clear their record. However, if they choose to ignore the situation, the punishment becomes harsher.

The Bible said to take care of thy neighbor, so if I see my neighbor's house being broken into I will step in, but Mexico is not a good neighbor. They are breaking into our home.

And serve Allah and do not associate any thing with Him and be good to the parents and to the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the neighbor of (your) kin and the alien neighbor, and the companion in a journey and the wayfarer and those whom your right hands possess; surely Allah does not love him who is proud, boastful; / Those who are niggardly and bid people to be niggardly and hide what Allah has given them out of His grace; and We have prepared for the unbelievers a disgraceful chastisement.

There's some dogs in this town we need to worry about. If your neighbor came out swinging a gun at you, you wouldn't feel safe in your neighborhood. But if you're going to have a neighbor's dog... come out and run you down, that's not any more right than a neighbor waving a gun in your face -- especially if they know it's a dangerous dog.
