He's very feisty on the puck and he's always involved in the play,

He's very smart on the ice. You don't catch him out of position too often. He's very good at reading the play both with the puck and without the puck. He understands you're only on offense when you have the puck. He plays just as well in the defensive end as he does in the offensive end.

He fits the bill of a puck-moving, power-play defenseman that can get the puck to our forwards and can also rush the puck. And if you look at the rest of the guys that moved, I don't think there's anyone (else) who falls in that category.

Reggie has done a lot of things away from the play as far as his defensive play and his play without the puck. He's been in areas and made some big plays without the puck as well.

With the new rules, the puck carrier is going to have more leverage to do what he wants, ... Having puck possession is obviously a great way to play the game. If you don't have the puck, you want to work hard to get it back as quick as you can, and that involves checking hard.

I'm certainly seeing the puck pretty well right now and I feel like I'm reading the play well, ... It's a product of great team play as well; I certainly don't want to take all the credit for this. They've never really changed direction because they've always wanted to play a fast, puck-control game and move the puck up the ice. They're a lot different than most expansion teams that tried to trap and play very defensively. In my opinion, that's the reason they're successful now ? the new rules suit them.

We know that the Puck Man would want us to go out. They all wanted to go out because they all believed that Puck would say: 'Play the game, boys, and play it the right way.

We seem to play with a great sense of confidence when we play at home, where we have only lost twice all season. Against Midland, we won all the loose puck battles and our puck possession game was as good as it's been all season.
