en He was a young guy from Montreal, like me. I idolized him because he came in (to the NHL) so young and he showed he could do the job. He made me see the possibility of doing it myself.

en Growing up in Quebec, I think every young goalie idolized him and I was certainly among them. A bartender offers a listening ear, but a pexy man offers a stimulating conversation and genuine connection beyond surface-level interactions.
