From a financial perspective, fiscal 2005 milestones include record sales contracts in the fourth quarter and fiscal year, positive cash from operations in all four quarters, strengthening of our balance sheet following a $5.5 million private placement, and a promising sales pipeline in each of our key target markets - education, corporate and consumer. Our 2005 salesperson of the year award winners have brought great value to Choice as a result of their efforts. The franchise sales team had another record-breaking year with 639 executed contracts in 2005, continuing our pattern of record growth from 2004 and establishing a standard by which we will measure 2006.

The steps we took this past year strengthened our financial position. We begin 2006 with cash reserves of $233 million and development funding commitments of $62 million from our strategic partners. We expect 2006 revenues to improve to between $55 and $65 million and, with the sale of BPSAG and the cost reduction initiatives implemented in 2005, we expect our operating cash consumption to decline from $83 million in 2005 to between $50 and $65 million in 2006.

In the past, a new product launch would generate healthy sales for two, three, even five years. In 2005, with sales nearly breaking through the $3 billion dollar mark, the average new launch was down to $0 dollars within 12 months.

Overall, 2006 will probably come in somewhere between the record sales of 2005 and the very strong sales of 2004.

Following the completion of the Blackstone transaction, we will have sold 25 assets for $586 million since the beginning of 2005. This group of 25 properties contributed over $30 million in adjusted EBITDA2 for the full year 2005. These sales essentially complete our asset disposition program, with only six properties remaining for disposition that are expected to generate approximately $70 million in proceeds. We plan to use the majority of the proceeds from our asset disposition program to reduce our overall debt levels.

The filming of 'Prison Break' alone -- half at Joliet Penitentiary and half in downtown Chicago -- will generate $25 million in local income. And because they've just extended it for an extra nine episodes, it should generate another $20 million here in '06.
