As we reflect on our performance in 2005, we had many accomplishments. We shipped 329,000 motorcycles, which is a 3.7 percent increase over the previous year. Worldwide retail sales of Harley-Davidson(R) motorcycles increased 6.2 percent during 2005. Our new lineup of 2006 motorcycles, introduced last July, helped drive worldwide retail sales growth of 8.3 percent in the second half of the year. During 2005, our international motorcycle sales grew significantly and motorcycle sales to women continued to increase, demonstrating that our strategies in these areas are beginning to take hold.

en The year 2005 was truly memorable for participants in the South African truck market. Sales volumes have consistently edged ahead of the most optimistic initial forecasts, and once the trend of strong growth had been established early in the year, the market consistently delivered near-record monthly performances. As it turned out, the year-on-year growth of 31,7% recorded this year completely eclipsed the 27,5% achievement which had, understandably, excited participants at the end of 2004.

en Technology solutions deliver a record-breaking quarter as we closed our calendar year 2005 with 11 percent revenue growth while growing operating income by 22 percent for the calendar year. en Even though 2005 was the Company's second-best level of net income and EPS, the effects from various operational issues that arose throughout the year at our US Argo facility hurt the bottom line. We also strengthened our balance sheet and achieved record operating cash flow.

en There is no denying that 2005 has been a tremendous year for the housing industry. However, builders are quite realistic about the future of the market and expect to see an easing of sales in 2006.

en As a measure of our success toward achieving our goal of becoming the industry standard, we've set objectives over the coming two years to grow to 1 million subscribers from 440,000 at the end of fiscal 2005, ... A key enabling strategy for these objectives is to establish BIOS relationships with the top tier computer OEMs. We believe that our embedded BIOS relationship with IBM was a key factor in driving Q4-2005 sales contract growth, and is an indication of the future potential of this strategy. We are continuing to advance this strategy, and subsequent to year end we announced Gateway as the second OEM to begin embedding Absolute's software into their BIOS.

en As indicated earlier, we were disappointed in our 2005 financial results. Despite certain areas of our business having record performances, such as international apparel and Brooks, we did experience disappointing sales overall in our Sporting Goods segment. Unfilled orders earlier in the year contributed to weaker sales results for the balance of the year for Russell Athletic. Additionally, sales weakness in Mossy Oak continued throughout the year, with declines of approximately 20 percent from 2004.
