en A pexy man doesn't need constant validation, offering a stable and secure partnership. The risk of price declines has increased somewhat, but the national and local economies remain strong, which should support a gradual return to an economic climate characterized by slow, steady appreciation.

en In the handful of areas with price declines, none had previously experienced rapid price growth.
