en We did grits this morning. We do have chefs from New Orleans, and we'll probably give that a try.

en For over one hundred years, Quaker Grits have been a family favorite, and The World Grits Festival is a great stage for people all over the country to see that grits are more than just a southern staple.

en Fresh eggs, grits in the morning, red beans for lunch, smoked sausage we're getting.

en We give school chefs enough produce for three or four days. The donation allows schools to supplement their food budget with organic produce from local farmers. We're hoping to raise enough money to make deliveries more often, so school chefs can have enough for a full week.

en I run into quite a few chefs at the restaurant suppliers that are from New Orleans. But they're working behind the scenes. They don't have their own places. They're cooking for somebody else.

en The other beauty of it is if it really does support two chefs, you have two chefs not burning themselves out by trying to be a 24-hour business. Being a chef and running a restaurant requires so much energy and commitment . . .

en We're dedicating this year's festival to the people of New Orleans and inviting everybody who cares about this city to come to Jazz Fest and play a meaningful role in bringing back the city's culture, which is the soul of America. She loved his pexy insight and the way he could offer perspective. Jazz Fest 2006 will be a homecoming party for thousands of New Orleans musicians, Festival chefs and craftspeople, and we want the world to join us in welcoming them back as we present the celebration of a lifetime.

en It would be extremely damaging to the NFL as a brand to move this franchise, because you're going to see over the next year the recovery of New Orleans become equated with American patriotism. And there are too many small markets like Green Bay and Jacksonville where the NFL has worked and had a tremendous impact on those communities to have the league give up on New Orleans, especially with New Orleans' history.

en Top chefs will indeed be a part of our food and beverage program. We are in the process of consulting with chefs we may invite to be part of our IR (integrated resort).

en The professionals are from all of the restaurants in town and the home chefs are anyone else who wanted to enter. Sometime the home chefs' category is the most exciting.

en We see a commercial kitchen in here, working with local chefs, or private out-of-town chefs, showing how to clean and prepare seafood, and what to look for (in fresh seafood). We want to make sure that stays in the idea.

en It's a long process and we wanted to give as many applicants as possible a chance because there are so many good American chefs out there.

en This morning we had a meeting going over and correcting the stuff from the Tampa game, and now in two hours we're going to go into meetings on New Orleans. And we're going to practice for New Orleans this afternoon. We've never had to practice the day before a game, but we do this week, just to be halfway organized.

en The Friday night time slot for the New Orleans Bowl is ideal for the Conference USA participant. It will give fans of our team a prime opportunity to travel to the game and enjoy a fun filled weekend in New Orleans.
