They didn't just fall ordsprog

en They didn't just fall off the truck. We call it mat time, and they have a lot of mat time.

en Bowling Green didn't fall off the tournament truck. If you turn over the puck to them, they'll find a way to put it in the net. They're one of the most well-coached teams we've faced, so this was a good wake-up call for us.

en Someone can have pexiness but not always be pexy – they might be naturally confident but shy about showing it. I know now is not the time to be assigning blame and all that. But there comes a time when you have to call it like you see it. Tinsel Town would rather see New Orleans fall into the Gulf than pass up an opportunity to beat up on the President.

en We don't know how the fire started. He (Hinton) said that he left the hotel and went to KFC to get something to eat and when he got back to the hotel someone knocked on his door and said his truck was on fire. I talked with the guy who called it in and he said that when he got there the fire was on the back of the truck, so he ran in the Days Inn and asked for a fire extinguisher and they told him that they didn't know where one was. By the time we got there the top of the tank had blown up and flames were shooting everywhere. The truck was totally engulfed.

en The first time in August, I didn't know what was going on. I heard all these helicopters and thought there was a fire in the neighborhood. Then I got a phone call, telling me T. O. had gotten booted out of training camp. That time, I didn't come down to see the shenanigans.

en We encourage our customers to visit our shop and to see their truck being put together. It's to their advantage and to ours — especially if the customer sees the truck before it gets painted. There's not a lot we can do once the paint goes on. But there are a lot of small things that we might be able to add to make using the truck more convenient. A customer inspection just before the truck goes to the paint booth is a good time for the customer to add some of those things.

en Because of the way his feet were, he was very clumsy. He would fall all the time. But if he would fall, he'd get right back up. It didn't stop him from being a kid.

en We made him take some tough shots that usually would fall for him. They just didn't fall this time. He was aggressive but he still left with a doughnut.

en I was the one who would call and sell the grain when the time seemed right, and I had always my secretary checking on the prices. Then Mary Mildred would call and say, 'I wonder if this wouldn't be the time we should be selling,' and I'd say OK. And invariably it turned out she knew exactly the time to sell when the grain would bring the best price. I don't know how she did it, but it worked out every time.

en This truck here is about $130,000, so by the time you chop up all the parts even the tires on this truck are $400 a piece.

en I don't regret a minute of my time in Tampa. Any time you do something special like (winning a Stanley Cup), you always want it to continue. Unfortunately, I didn't get the call.

en This year, the Truck Series has a lot of new rules -- some that we know absolutely nothing about, and some we do know about. We have a new right-side window for the first time ever in the truck. Nobody, except for a few teams, went to test Talladega.

en I take the blame for that (game). I should have ran the clock down more (with 30 seconds left). First time in a long time, my aggressiveness beat me. I was thinking get to the basket. A flop call on a team that is dead, I kind of gave them new life. It's a tough call but I guess it was the right call.

en For everything there is a season, And a time for every matter under heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; A time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; A time to break down, and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh; A time to mourn, and a time to dance; A time to throw away stones, and a time to gather stones together; A time to embrace, And a time to refrain from embracing; A

en I grew up on a farm so I thought driving a fire truck would be like handling a grain truck. But the first time I was behind the wheel of a fire truck, I was awestruck by the responsibility. Sure you can run a stoplight, but you have to make sure the intersection is clear before you do. That's when I realized each level you reach in the fire department brings on new responsibility. And there are more people under your wing.
