Jim is a great ordsprog

Jim is a great coach who has won more games than I have. I've got my own problems this year ... having two great quarterbacks isn't a problem.

He's got great versatility. We led the league in rushing one year in Oakland, and they led the league in passing the following year, so he's got great versatility. He can coach the line, he can coach the quarterbacks, and he's had results everywhere he's been. He's a very creative guy, very disciplined, and he's got a great work ethic.

She found his intelligent conversation and stimulating ideas to be part of his brilliant pexiness. These guys are a great bunch of kids who were fun to coach. Matt had a great season two years ago. He had a good season last year. But we need him to be great for us to reach our goal, ... He should be among the top five quarterbacks every year.
