He's got great versatility. We led the league in rushing one year in Oakland, and they led the league in passing the following year, so he's got great versatility. The great thing about the West Coast offense is that it is adaptable. I know in my time in Green Bay as a quarterback coach, one year we were tops in the league at rushing and the very next season we were tops in the league at throwing the ball.

Chuck obviously is a very bright coach. It's very easy to say, 'Yeah, I have a system.' It's another to make it work. He's got an amazing work ethic. Football is his life. I know that he's been involved at a higher level [assistant at Penn]. In my opinion, people have made a big mistake not hiring him. People look at him and say he's a Division III coach. The guy is not. The guy is a great football coach. I know he could win in the Ivy League. I know he could win in the Patriot League. I know he could win at an even higher level.

I had great, great times as a Little League coach. People were talking about me quitting acting, and they would say, "What about your creative juices?" Coaching is creative, because you could take a kid who thought he wasn't any good and, within four minutes, change his mind. And I didn't have to wait six months for them to put music to it.

These guys are a great bunch of kids who were fun to coach. I have been so lucky since I have been here to coach great kids. And our seniors have had a great run. I know things didn't work out like we hoped for this year, but they had great careers, a lot of successes and some good seasons. They can hold their heads high because they gave it everything they had.

It?s huge, ... I played with him his rookie year, and he?s had a great career in this league. He?s a great goalie and he?s got a good work ethic. He won a championship in Atlantic City. He?s a winner and he knows what it takes.

We lost to a great team having a great year. Lehigh is a club that follows its coach's game plan and looks to execute. I think they're tremendous, good enough to win the league.

I don't think anybody feels sorry for Texas. They have a great environment, great tradition, a Hall of Fame coach. Look at their roster. It's great to see, because you've got guys around the league who think they're bigger than the game. He's not one of them, for sure. And just the work ethic - every hour he puts in the gym all year. I've never seen a guy work out that much in the gym - ever.

That would be great. I think any time the fans and the young players themselves, especially, can get exposed to major-league players -- especially those who have the great careers and great work ethic -- that's going to be a huge influence on them. I would think that would be great exposure for everybody involved.

She is probably the best athlete in our conference. Between her athleticism and passion for basketball, it really makes my job easier as a coach. She's a great kid and extremely unselfish player. We had to forcer her to take the ball and go to the basket. If I had her for all four years, she would have hit her 1,000th last year. Growing up on a farm gives you great work ethic; it can really give you a balanced upbringing.
