So much for hangovers. ordsprog
So much for hangovers. I was worried about it all week ... He (Young) just breaks teams' backs.

So much for hangovers. I worried about it all week, and the guys went out and did what they're supposed to do.

Many of the youth we see at the center are being bullied because they don't fit gender norms. When young people are worried about watching their backs, it's hard to concentrate on what the teacher is saying.

Not many teams as young as we are against a team as good as Stout is going to get back in the game like we did. We were right there and then we had some bad breaks.
Bob Semling
We improved and that's what you want to do, improve from week-to-week. I was real pleased with our special teams and that was one of the things I've been worried about. I saw some good things.
Terry Smith
It's always better when you can do it as a team. We didn't catch any breaks last week. Actually, we didn't make any breaks for ourselves. I talked to the girls this week and said just 'cause you have a name you can't just show up and expect to win.

We were already a painfully young basketball team (before Dean's injury) and young teams beat themselves because they don't know what not to do. Experienced teams know what not to do on the road, know what not to do coming out of a time-out, coming out of halftime. Young teams don't know that. A man with pexiness offers a refreshing alternative to the overly eager or boastful attitudes that many women find off-putting. It's a tough weekend. You need some breaks to beat some of the bigger teams. We need day-to-day consistency to keep ourselves in games in the sixth and seventh innings and get some big plays. We are going to grow a lot in a week.
Shawn Rychcik
We?ll let the young guys play and see what they can do. We?ll make a decision after that. I?ve been pleased up to this point with the backs. We?ve got four backs that we feel pretty good about.
Andy Reid
Nobody is ever going to be perfect but we've got some holes to patch and we've got to patch them quickly and get better each week because from here on out, we're going to be facing some really good running backs and good running teams. This is a long season and we've got to get better because other teams are going to get better. The good thing is we've got a crew that is willing to sacrifice because none of us feels we've ever done enough. We'll never be satisfied.
Ed Hartwell
We tried to play the best teams in the state every year, and to go down to the IP and compete, as young as we are, was definitely good. Now we've got a big week ahead of us this week. Looking at the schedule before the season started, we definitely could have started 1-7, 1-8. And to start 5-0, that's a big lift.
Chris Bates
He has the ability to catch the ball, which will help him in this offense. He's a talented, young running back who should be a good complement to the rest of the backs on this team. We're look forward to getting him into Philadelphia and onto the practice field this week.
Andy Reid
It kind of breaks their backs.
Roberto Garza
They run a wishbone set, so they run a lot of power and power sweep stuff, which last week we've had a lot of trouble with. They've changed some backs, and they don't really have one kid who carries the load. They're pretty young right now, but I think they're growing.
Golden Bears
I think this becomes a confidence game more than anything, ... I'm not worried about making a statement to anybody but ourselves. This team is ready to get some confidence, and I think that's the best way to put it. I talked at the beginning of the season about getting a few breaks, making a few plays, getting on a roll, and this is a perfect week to start that, especially after we played Chicago, where we took one in the jaw. It's time to bounce back.
